Your tasks: 
Installation of hardware, software, and both the client and server. handling on-site service, defect reporting, and support requests. It will be your duty to capture intricate business needs as well as their conception, planning, execution, and documentation throughout projects. You'll assess mistakes, fix technical issues, and offer technical customer assistance. You'll help us continue to develop cutting-edge managed service ideas. It will also be up to you to put additional training and certificates into practice. On client projects, you give management and coworkers technical help.
Your profile: 
You are capable of providing hardware and software solutions for IT. You have at least two years of professional experience and have finished your IT degree or apprenticeship. Client-server infrastructures and Microsoft (networks, Windows Server 2008 and above operating systems, Active Directory, file and print services, Exchange, virtualization, and VPN) are domains in which you excel. Additionally, you will be knowledgeable about server hardware, storage and SAN, and security (AV and firewall). Ideally, you can use credentials to demonstrate your expertise. Beyond the technical components, you have flexible mobility, can work independently, are open to new ideas, are committed, show initiative, are trustworthy, dependable, and have a strong sense of teamwork. You also possess a valid class B driving license.
